Where do you ship?

Here are concise answers about ordering and delivery. We ship only within the United States, and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout before an order is submitted.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1-2 business days, followed by 4-6 business days in transit. A tracking number is provided after shipment.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. No-reason returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to the exclusions in our Refund Policy. Bubble Skincare pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid return label or equivalent return instructions.

When will my refund appear?

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and normally appear within 5-10 business days after issuance.

Can I cancel an order?

You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Payments are processed in USD.
